2017 Collaboration Day

Every year, we celebrate the collaborative nature of the brewing industry with all our friends, and do what we all do best: Brew great beer together. On February 11, 2017, we're teaming up with some amazing companies including:

  • Tapistry Brewery - 

    • Amber ale brewed with Mel's Toffee and 3 bushels of puréed apples from Bakers Acres. 

  • Starving Artist Brewery - 

    • American blonde ale brewed with glazed peach fritters from Morats Bakery. 

  • Lake Charlevoix Brewery - 

    • American pale ale brewed with 75 lbs of caramelized pineapples. 

  • Storm Cloud Brewery - 

    • Belgian tripel brewed with 300 lbs of sugar beets that were boiled,  and reduced to a syrup, then added to the brew. 

  • Old Mission Brewery/Cultured Ferments - 

    • Red ale brewed with fresh ground ginger, then blended with Kombucha from Cultured Ferments.

  • Bee Well Meadery - 

    • Braggot style ale blended with Mead. 

In addition, we will have barrel-aged collaborations on tap from Grand Traverse Distillery and Two-Lads Winery. The event starts at 11 AM.

ALSO!!! We are hosting the annual Grand Traverse Art Bomb, which features local art lining the walls of our tap room, great food, and live music all day! There is no admission fee, and the event is family friendly.
