The styles fall under these two categories and are numerous. Like, hundreds of styles numerous.Principal ale styles include pale ale, wheat, porter, stout, brown ale, Beligian trippel and dubbel, barley wine, and old ale. These styles are usually brewed at higher temperatures than lagers, making ales more aromatic and flavorful…why we tell you the C.E.O. has a chocolaty nose. Lagers are the most popular beers in the world. Styles include Pilsner, bock, American-style lager, dunkel, and helles. But we don’t brew them here. Because the lager category is the most popular, we’d go through barrels and barrels…. And we just don’t have the brewing capability—we’d sell them faster than we could produce them.
